1. Connect Dual Monitor KVM switch HDMI 4 Port Box Method

1) Connect the micro USB power charging cord to the KVM.

2)  Connect 1*USB A-B cable and 2*HDMI cables (or DVI/ VGA/ DP/ Type-C to HDMI cable adapter) from your EACH COMPUTER to the port section of back KVM.

3)  Connect the HDMI output port on the KVM to your 2 monitors with 2 HDMI cables or 2 HDMI to DVI/ VGA/ DP cables.

4)  Connect the mouse and keyboard and USB 2.0 device into the USB 2.0 port on the KVM.

5)  Turn on the power switch.

Please Noted: Most of the reason why only one video port works is because of incorrect connection
